Family House

Keeping in mind the increasing out state and international students, we have opened up a Heritage House - which happens to be a family house for students to reside in.

It is an ancient Heritage Building, converted into a Residential Facility.

The Family House is a 2 storied old house, with common facilities, living room, dining rooms and baths located on the ground floor and the bedrooms and WCs on the first and the second floors.

The residence is the same house that the promoters of this institute stay in, so, the facilities and the cleanliness and hygiene are taken care of at all times by the promoters themselves.

4 King Sized Bedrooms (for 3 persons)

1 Large Bedroom (for 4 persons)

1 Dormitory Style Room (for 8 persons)

So that makes it a capacity of 24 persons at any given point of time.

Cost of Living

Costs have been kept to a minimal and only actuals spent on maintenance and actuals spent in providing the facilities, is charged to the students.

The residential facility is in fact a facility and not a profit centre.
